Illinois High School Lacrosse - Maine South drops to South Elgin
May 10, 2025: South Elgin, IL 60177 In Saturday's non-league test, the South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL), by a count of 14-9.
Next up, the Storm battle the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 13. South Elgin will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Sequoits enter the test with a 7-7 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL).
The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Warriors enter the Central Suburban test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, Deerfield got by Warren Township (Gurnee, IL), 15-9, in a non-league test.
