Virginia High School Softball - Annandale bounces Park View
May 11, 2022: Annandale, VA 22003 Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their softball team thwart the visiting Park View Patriots (Sterling, VA), 10-0 in a non-league contest.
With the triumph, Annandale moves its record to 11-6 on the year. The Atoms host Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA) to battle the Majors in a National challenge on Friday, May 13. The Majors enter the challenge with a record of 5-10. Mount Vernon lost 10-8 in their recent league challenge against Justice (Falls Church, VA)
With the loss, Park View falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Dominion (Sterling, VA) to play the Titans in a Dulles contest on Wednesday, May 18. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 3-6.
