May 11, 2022: Milo, ME 04463 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Bangor Christian Patriots (Bangor, ME), by a margin of 20-10.
With the triumph, Penquis Valley moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Patriots travel to Piscataquis (Guilford, ME) to play the Pirates in a Class C North contest on Friday, May 13. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Patriots play the Machias Bulldogs (Machias, ME) in a Class D North match, on Friday, May 13. Bangor Christian will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the match with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Narraguagus (Harrington, ME).
