May 11, 2022: Holyoke, MA 01040 Belchertown Orioles (Belchertown, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Holyoke Purple Knights (Holyoke, MA), 15-12 in a non-league challenge.
The Orioles now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Granby for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 12.
With the loss, Holyoke falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Purple knights travel to Monson (Monson, MA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, May 13. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 7-1.
