May 11, 2023: South Boston, VA 24592 The Tunstall Trojans softball team (Dry Fork, VA), was routed 6-2 in Thursday's league test with the host Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA)
Coming up next, the Comets clash with the George Washington Eagles (Danville, VA) in a Piedmont test, on Friday, May 12. Halifax County will attempt to improve on its 19-3 season record.
The Trojans (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Statesmen come into the non-league test with a 16-1 record. In their last challenge, Randolph-Henry got by Cumberland (Cumberland, VA), 4-1, in a league challenge.
