The Pirates now hold a 20-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monterey for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 18. Lubbock-Cooper will confront a Plainsmen team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Plainsmen record now stands at 23-18.
