Lincoln Christian Crusaders (Lincoln, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE), 5-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln Christian upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Adams Central (Hastings, NE) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Monday, May 13. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 15-6. Adams Central won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Platteview (Springfield, NE)

With the defeat, Mount Michael Benedictine falls to 11-12 on the season. The Knights travel to Platteview (Springfield, NE) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, May 13.
