May 11, 2024: Ravenna, MI 49451 Ravenna Bulldogs (Ravenna, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Shelby Tigers (Shelby, MI), 4-3 in a league test.
With the win, Ravenna upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Montague (Montague, MI) to battle the Wildcats in a Western Michigan test on Tuesday, May 14. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 9-13. Montague lost 7-5 in their recent non-league test against Grant (Grant, MI)
With the defeat, Shelby falls to 11-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to North Muskegon (North Muskegon, MI) to battle the Norsemen in a Western Michigan test on Tuesday, May 14. The Norsemen come into the test with a record of 22-4. North Muskegon won 6-0 in their recent league test against Whitehall (Whitehall, MI)
