Connecticut High School Softball - Wethersfield bounces East Hartford
May 12, 2022: East Hartford, CT 06118 Wethersfield Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host East Hartford Hornets (East Hartford, CT), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomfield for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 13. Wethersfield will battle a Warhawks squad coming off a 22-10 league loss to Hartford Public (Hartford, CT). The Warhawks record now stands at 4-11.
With the loss, East Hartford falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Enfield (Enfield, CT) to battle the Eagles in a Central Connecticut - East challenge on Friday, May 13.
