Groton-Dunstable Crusaders (Groton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Nashoba Regional Wolves (Bolton, MA), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Groton-Dunstable upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Oakmont Regional (Ashburnham, MA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 16. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 14-2. Oakmont Regional won 12-2 in their recent league test against Quabbin Regional (Barre, MA)

With the defeat, Nashoba Regional falls to 8-8 on the season. The Wolves travel to North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, May 13. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 6-7.
