May 12, 2025: Glouster, OH 45732 The Trimble Tomcats baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Vinton County Vikings to 4 in the Tomcats non-league win on Monday.
The Tomcats now own a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adena for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. Trimble will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Zane Trace (Chillicothe, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 5-12.
With the defeat, Vinton County drops to 2-8 on the year.
