May 12, 2025: Eldora, IA 50627 South Hardin Tigers (Eldora, IA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Webster City Lynx (Webster City, IA), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, South Hardin advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 13. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 17-6. Dike-New Hartford won 2-1 in their recent league test against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA)
The Lynx now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host Clear Lake for a North Central match on Tuesday, May 13. Webster City will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-0 league win over Humboldt (Humboldt, IA). The Lions record now stands at 9-11.
