In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Lakes Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 triumph over the Lake Forest Academy Caxys.

The Eagles (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Deerfield nipped Maine South (Park Ridge, IL), 20-14, in a league test.
