New York High School Softball - Indian River knocked off by South Jefferson
May 12, 2025: Adams, NY 13605 The South Jefferson Spartans overwhelmed the visiting Indian River Wolves softball squad by a count of 17-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans meet the Watertown Cyclones (Watertown, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. South Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Cyclones go into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 13-0 league loss to Sandy Creek (Sandy Creek, NY).
The Wolves (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against General Brown (Dexter, NY). The Lions go into the Section 3 Frontier B challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, General Brown toppled Watertown (Watertown, NY), 9-4, in a league challenge.
