The Mercyhurst Prep Lakers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Eisenhower Knights to 1 in the Lakers league win on Tuesday.

The Lakers now own a 15-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fairview for a non-league test on Thursday, May 14. Mercyhurst Prep will play a Tigers team coming off a 6-2 league win over Girard (Girard, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 13-0.

With the defeat, Eisenhower drops to 1-16 on the year. The Knights travel to Union City (Union City, PA) to play the Bears in a District 10 Region 4 test on Wednesday, May 13. The Bears go into the test with a record of 9-5. Union City lost 9-2 in their recent league test against Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA)
