West Virginia High School Baseball - Lincoln County loses to Capital
May 13, 2021: Hamlin, WV 25523 The Lincoln County Panthers baseball team (Hamlin, WV), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV)
The Cougars now hold a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Charleston for a Mountain State outing on Friday, May 14. Capital will confront a Black Eagles team coming off a 13-0 league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Black Eagles record now stands at 1-10.
Next, the Panthers confront the Sherman Tide (Seth, WV) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 14. Lincoln County will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Tide go into the outing with a 14-5 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Riverside (Belle, WV).
