Michigan High School Baseball - Lutheran Northwest holds off Clawson
May 13, 2023: Rochester Hills, MI 48309 Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Clawson Trojans (Clawson, MI), 10-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lutheran Northwest upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy (Brighton, MI) to battle the Sentinels in a test on Tuesday, May 16. The Sentinels come into the test with a record of 11-9. Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy won 6-0 in their recent league test against Lutheran (Westland, MI)
With the defeat, Clawson falls to 11-6 on the season. The Trojans host New Haven (New Haven, MI) to battle the Rockets in a non-league test on Monday, May 15. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 14-4. New Haven won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI)
