In Saturday's league challenge, the McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA) baseball squad edged the host Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA), by a final score of 5-4.

With the win, McDowell upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Trojans travel to Warren (Warren, PA) to encounter the Dragons in a District 10 Region 5 challenge on Tuesday, May 16. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. Warren lost 11-3 in their recent non-league challenge against DuBois (DuBois, PA)

With the defeat, Fort LeBoeuf falls to 0-15 on the season. The Bison travel to Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA) to encounter the Ramblers in a District 10 Region 5 challenge on Monday, May 15.
