Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their baseball team gain a win over the visiting Portage Central Mustangs (Portage, MI), 10-2 in a non-league match.

The Indians (19-4) will now prepare for their match against Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league match with a 14-4 record. In their last match, Cathedral was overwhelmed by New Palestine (New Palestine, IN), 11-2, in a non-league match.

The Mustangs (13-9) will now prepare for their match against Lakeshore (Stevensville, MI). The Lancers go into the Southwestern Michigan - West match with a 15-7 record. In their last match, Lakeshore ran past Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MI), 6-0, in a non-league match.
