Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI), 14-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Trenton upgrades its record to 17-9 on the season. The Trojans host Catholic Central (Novi, MI) to battle the Shamrocks in a non-league test on Monday, May 15. The Shamrocks come into the test with a record of 2-7.

With the defeat, Melvindale falls to 10-6 on the season. The Cardinals host Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI) to battle the Chargers in a Western Wayne test on Monday, May 15.
