May 13, 2024: Jamestown, ND 58401 Jamestown Bluejays (Jamestown, ND) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Kindred/Richland Colts (Kindred, ND), 9-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Bluejays now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dickinson for a Class A - West Region challenge on Tuesday, May 14.
With the loss, Kindred/Richland falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Colts host Hillsboro/Central Valley (Buxton, ND) to battle the H-CV Burros in a Class B - Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, May 14. The H-CV Burros enter the challenge with a record of 4-6. Hillsboro/Central Valley won 27-3 in their recent league challenge against Hankinson/Campbell-Tintah/Fairmount (Fairmount, ND)
