Illinois High School Softball - Riverside-Brookfield bounces Westmont
May 13, 2024: Westmont, IL 60559 The Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL) softball routed the host Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL), 7-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Bulldogs (19-8) will now prepare for their bout against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack go into the non-league bout with a 14-17 record.
The Sentinels now possess a 2-15 record. They play next when they host Elmwood Park for a Metro Suburban bout on Tuesday, May 14. Westmont will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 16-7.
