Missouri High School Baseball - Barstow defeats University Academy Charter
May 13, 2025: Kansas City, MO 64131 In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Barstow Knights baseball team scored a close 11-4 victory over the University Academy Charter Gryphons.
The Knights (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Adrian (Adrian, MO). The Blackhawks enter the Class 3 District 14 game with a 8-12 record. In their last game, Adrian was overwhelmed by Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO), 10-8, in a non-league game.
Next, the Gryphons face the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 19. University Academy Charter will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Guardians enter the game with a 17-8 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Warrensburg (Warrensburg, MO).
