The Starpoint Spartans overwhelmed the visiting Amherst Central Tigers softball squad by a count of 15-3 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Hamburg Bulldogs (Hamburg, NY) in a Section 6 Erie County II challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Starpoint will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 4-2 league loss to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY).
