In Wednesday's league game, the host Buffalo Grove Bison baseball team scored a close 6-2 win over the Rolling Meadows Mustangs.

The Bison (11-18) will now prepare for their game against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 8-19 record. In their last game, Hersey was overwhelmed by Wheeling (Wheeling, IL), 13-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Mustangs play the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 14. Rolling Meadows will attempt to improve on its 18-10 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 16-12 record after their 4-2 league loss to Palatine (Palatine, IL).
