The Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) softball routed the host Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME), 21-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bucksport for a Class C North outing on Monday, May 18. Mount View will encounter a Golden Bucks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Washington Academy (East Machias, ME). The Golden Bucks record now stands at 10-1.
