Michigan High School Baseball - Bay City Western gets by East Lansing
May 14, 2024: Auburn, MI 48611 Bay City Western Warriors (Auburn, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting East Lansing Trojans (East Lansing, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bay City Western upgrades its record to 18-0 on the season. The Warriors host Dow (Midland, MI) to battle the Chargers in a Saginaw Valley test on Thursday, May 16. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 9-9. Dow lost 14-10 in their recent non-league test against Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI)
With the defeat, East Lansing falls to 3-15 on the season. The Trojans travel to Forest Hills Eastern (Ada, MI) to battle the Hawks in a non-league test on Friday, May 17. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 15-4. Forest Hills Eastern won 3-0 in their recent league test against Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI)
