May 14, 2024: Yorkville, IL 60560 Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Bengals battle the West Aurora Blackhawks (Aurora, IL) in a Suburban Prarie match, on Thursday, May 16. Plainfield East will attempt to advance on its 25-9 season record. The Blackhawks come into the match with a 21-13 record after their 2-1 league loss to Joliet West (Joliet, IL).
With the loss, Yorkville drops to 11-22 on the campaign. The Foxes travel to Oswego East (Oswego, IL) to battle the Wolves in a Suburban Prarie match on Thursday, May 16.
