May 14, 2024: Woodstock, CT 06281 Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT), 14-2 in a league battle.
The Falcons now have a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host St. Bernard/Wheeler for a Eastern Connecticut - Small battle on Thursday, May 16. Fitch will clash with a Saints squad coming off a 15-6 league win over Ledyard (Ledyard, CT). The Saints record now stands at 10-5.
In their next game, the Centaurs clash with the Montville Wolves (Oakdale, CT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 16. Woodstock Academy will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Wolves come into the battle with a 3-14 record after their 17-5 league loss to Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT).
