South Dakota High School Softball - Baltic knocked off by Chester
May 14, 2024: Baltic, SD 57003 In Tuesday's league contest, the Chester Flyers (Chester, SD) softball team overwhelmed the host Baltic Bulldogs (Baltic, SD), by a margin of 14-5.
With the triumph, Chester moves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Flyers travel to Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD) to play the Elks in a Class B contest on Wednesday, May 15. The Elks come into the contest with a record of 5-8. Elkton/Lake Benton lost 5-1 in their recent league contest against Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars (Salem, SD) in a Class B contest, on Saturday, May 18. Baltic will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record.
