May 14, 2024: Cross River, NY 10536 The John Jay Wolves routed the visiting Van Arsdale Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 9-3 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Wolves (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Brooklyn Tech (Brooklyn, NY). The Engineers go into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Brooklyn Tech nudged Midwood (Brooklyn, NY), 21-12, in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Wagner for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 16. Van Arsdale will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 8-5 league win over Curtis (Staten Island, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 11-5.
