Illinois High School Lacrosse - Elk Grove drops to Rolling Meadows
May 14, 2025: Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL), 8-0 in a league battle.
With the victory, Rolling Meadows advances its record to 2-14 on the season. The Mustangs host Streamwood (Streamwood, IL) to encounter the Sabres in a non-league battle on Friday, May 16. The Sabres come into the battle with a record of 4-11. Streamwood lost 6-3 in their recent non-league battle against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL)
The Grenadiers now sport a 0-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Regina Dominican for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 15. Elk Grove will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 16-9 league win over Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-12.
