Next, the Colonels play the Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Bourbon County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-16 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Bryan Station (Lexington, KY).
The Greyhounds (16-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Bluejackets enter the non-league challenge with a 6-20 record. In their last challenge, Nicholas County edged Calvary Christian (Covington, KY), 17-0, in a non-league challenge.
