May 15, 2024: West Springfield, MA 01089 Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA) and the host West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA), saw Westfield's baseball squad knock off West Springfield by a count of 8-2.
Coming up next, the Bombers play the Chicopee Comp Colts (Chicopee, MA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 17. Westfield will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record. The Colts enter the battle with a 9-9 record after their 12-2 league win over Holyoke (Holyoke, MA).
The Terriers now possess a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they host Monument Mountain for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 18.
