John Bapst Memorial Crusaders (Bangor, ME) followers left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME), 6-4 in a league match.

With the triumph, John Bapst Memorial moves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Crusaders host Belfast (Belfast, ME) to battle the Lions in a Class B North match on Friday, May 16. The Lions come into the match with a record of 8-1. Belfast won 7-4 in their recent non-league match against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)

The Coyotes now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bangor for a non-league match on Friday, May 16. Old Town will battle a Rams squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME). The Rams record now stands at 6-2.
