The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI) and the host Riverview Pirates (Riverview, MI), saw Richard's baseball team gain a win over Riverview by a tally of 3-1.

The Pioneers (3-14) will now prepare for their battle against Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Cranes enter the non-league battle with a 11-17 record. In their last battle, Cranbrook Kingswood held off Ferndale (Ferndale, MI), 16-0, in a non-league battle.
