Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Lincoln-Way Central improves its record to 21-12 on the season. The Knights travel to Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to face the Chargers in a Southwest Suburban test on Tuesday, May 20. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 19-13. Stagg lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL)

The Thunderbolts now own a 13-20 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minooka for a non-league test on Monday, May 19. Andrew will face a Indians squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Yorkville (Yorkville, IL). The Indians record now stands at 15-17.
