Illinois High School Volleyball - Sandburg tips Andrew

The Sandburg Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Andrew Thunderbolts to 1 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now possess a 21-3 record. They play next when they travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep for a non-league outing on Friday, May 9. Sandburg will play a Wolfpack team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 7-18.

With the loss, Andrew drops to 12-19 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts host Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to play the Chargers in a Southwest Suburban outing on Tuesday, May 13. The Chargers come into the outing with a record of 18-8. Stagg lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Brother Rice (Chicago, IL)
