The Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) softball routed the host Bluffton Tigers (Bluffton, IN), 17-9 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Knights now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Wayne Northrop for a non-league outing on Friday, May 16. Norwell will encounter a Bruins team coming off a 10-5 league win over Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran (Fort Wayne, IN). The Bruins record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Bluffton moves to 8-13 on the season. The Tigers travel to Heritage (Monroeville, IN) to encounter the Patriots in a Allen County outing on Friday, May 16. The Patriots come into the outing with a record of 13-6. Heritage won 6-5 in their recent non-league outing against Garrett (Garrett, IN)
