In Tuesday's league test, the Bluffton Tigers (Bluffton, IN) softball squad got by the visiting Adams Central Flying Jets (Monroe, IN), by a tally of 6-5.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) in a Allen County test, on Thursday, May 8. Bluffton will attempt to advance on its 6-11 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 11-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to South Adams (Berne, IN).

The Flying Jets (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Heritage (Monroeville, IN). The Patriots go into the Allen County test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Heritage was nudged by Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN), 4-1, in a non-league test.
