The South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN) softball routed the host Adams Central Flying Jets (Monroe, IN), 15-5 in Thursday's league outing.

The Starfires now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastbrook for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 17. South Adams will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 10-3 league loss to Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 12-9.
