Caston Comets (Fulton, IN) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Triton Trojans (Bourbon, IN), 12-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, Caston upgrades its record to 5-13 on the year. The Comets travel to Oak Hill (Converse, IN) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, May 16. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 13-5. Oak Hill lost 9-7 in their recent league game against Mississinewa (Gas City, IN)

The Trojans now own a 1-19 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester for a non-league game on Saturday, May 17. Triton will play a Squires squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Lewis Cass (Walton, IN). The Squires record now stands at 11-11.
