New Hampshire High School Softball - Gilford bounces Winnisquam
May 15, 2025: Tilton, NH 03276 The Gilford Golden Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and held the host Winnisquam Bears to 3 in the Golden Eagles league win on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newport for a Division III battle on Monday, May 19.
With the loss, Winnisquam moves to 3-7 on the season. The Bears travel to White Mountains (Whitefield, NH) to encounter the Spartans in a Division III battle on Saturday, May 17. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 3-6. White Mountains lost 7-1 in their recent non-league battle against Woodsville (Woodsville, NH)
