The L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI) softball routed the visiting Utica Chieftains (Utica, MI), 8-3 in Thursday's league outing.

The Crusaders now sport a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Clair for a Macomb Area - White outing on Monday, May 19. L'Anse Creuse North will encounter a Saints team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Almont (Almont, MI). The Saints record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Utica moves to 9-12 on the season. The Chieftains host Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI) to encounter the Titans in a Macomb Area - White outing on Friday, May 16.
