The Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA) softball nipped the host Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA), 6-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Jaguars now sport a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hemet for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 17. Segerstrom will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-12.
