The Geneva Panthers triumphed over the host Wayne Eagles softball squad by a count of 7-0 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Panthers play the Penn Yan Academy Mustangs (Penn Yan, NY) in a Finger Lakes East challenge, on Monday, May 18. Geneva will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 18-0 league loss to Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY).
