May 16, 2022: Bucksport, ME 04416 In Monday's league outing, the host Bucksport Golden Bucks softball team scored a close 6-3 win over the Central Red Devils.
Coming up next, the Golden Bucks battle the Sumner Tigers (East Sullivan, ME) in a Class C North outing, on Wednesday, May 18. Bucksport will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 9-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Searsport (Searsport, ME).
The Red Devils (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Stearns (Millinocket, ME). The Minutemen enter the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Stearns tipped Schenck (East Millinocket, ME), 12-3, in a league outing.
