The Bucksport Golden Bucks the visiting Mount Desert Island Trojans baseball squad by a score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Golden Bucks battle the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) in a Class C North outing, on Monday, May 19. Bucksport will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the outing with a 5-4 record after their 8-1 league loss to Washington Academy (East Machias, ME).
