The Mount Desert Island Trojans baseball squad (Mount Desert, ME), 4-2 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Brewer Witches (Brewer, ME)

With the triumph, Brewer moves its record to 11-8 on the season. The Witches host Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME) to confront the Eagles in a Class A North contest on Thursday, May 29. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 11-2. Mt. Ararat won 6-1 in their recent league contest against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME)

The Trojans now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Presque Isle for a Class B North contest on Saturday, May 31. Mount Desert Island will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Caribou (Caribou, ME). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-9.
