May 16, 2025: Peterborough, NH 03458 In Friday's league match, the host ConVal Cougars softball team scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Merrimack Valley The Pride.
The Cougars (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Lebanon (Lebanon, NH). The Raiders go into the Division II match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Lebanon by Stark (Weare, NH), 6-3, in a league match.
In their next game, the The Pride battle the Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH) in a Division II match, on Wednesday, May 21. Merrimack Valley will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Sachems go into the match with a 8-6 record after their 16-4 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH).
